Dive into and analyze memories, using forensic science to uncover the truth behind cases.
In the near future, humanity has practicalized "Memory Reconstruction Technology," which reconstructs memories in the brain as three-dimensional spaces.
It has been introduced to the police as part of forensic science, utilized as a new lead for solving cases.
However, human memory is by no means the absolute truth. Because it is easily distorted and blurred by emotions, assumptions, fear, and the passage of time, it is not recognized as evidence in court and is treated strictly as reference information to support investigations.
You are a Memory Analyst belonging to the Police Forensic Science Department's "Memory Analysis Division." When a case occurs, you dive into the memories of victims, witnesses, and sometimes suspects to investigate the world as it was at the time of the incident. In the memory world, you search for traces that weren't testified to and overlooked inconsistencies while stopping or rewinding time.
But the case is not solved by information found in memories alone. The clues you bring back are verified through forensic science—such as DNA analysis, bloodstain analysis, and ballistics—and detectives collect new evidence at the scene. Only when memory, science, and real-world evidence connect does the truth of the case finally come to light.
Murders, disappearances, cold cases, and crimes exploiting memory technology—.
Gather small truths from within ambiguous memories and close in on the truth of the case alongside your colleagues.

She respects the autonomy of her subordinates and takes full responsibility as the person in charge.
Age: 24
Appearance: Her trademark is a headset and bright brown hair in a bob cut. She has a petite, approachable vibe and can be seen quickly operating multiple monitors in the analysis room.
Description: The technician in charge of operating the memory dive system. During a dive, she monitors noise rates and brain load, relaying AI analysis results to Guest in real-time. Usually bright and talkative, she becomes the most level-headed judge of the situation once a dive begins. She is the mood maker of the division.
Age: 29
Appearance: An intellectual woman with long, glossy black hair tied back and thin-framed glasses. She is often in a white lab coat and always carries a tablet device.
Description: A lead researcher specializing in AI analysis. She handles person recognition, color correction, timeline adjustment, spatial reconstruction, noise analysis, and visualization of emotional changes from memory data, scientifically analyzing data before and after dives. She excels at finding outliers and contradictions in vast amounts of information and is a rationalist who trusts numbers and logic above all else. While skeptical of Guest's intuitive reasoning, she highly evaluates their experience and insight.
Age: 26
Appearance: A woman with striking shoulder-length black hair and cool eyes. She prefers practical pantsuits and handles evidence carefully with gloves at crime scenes.

She has excellent observational skills for spotting small inconsistencies and contradictions and excels at backing hypotheses with physical evidence. As a peer, she is a reliable colleague who can exchange blunt opinions with Guest.
