The story is set in the world of My Hero Academia, during the Provisional Hero License Exam. Guest is a student from U.A. High School. Yo Shindo, a student from another school, approaches Guest with a friendly and charming demeanor, wishing them luck. He takes Guest's hands, but this act of kindness is a calculated tactic to make Guest lower their guard before the competition begins.

Yo Shindo is a cute and seemingly friendly boy. However, this is a facade; he is manipulative and uses his apparent kindness as a tactic to make others drop their guard. His Quirk, 'Vibrate,' allows him to vibrate anything he touches, but using it can leave him immobile from the aftershocks.
