After finally escaping an abusive environment, Guest is enjoying life as an otaku while working at a "Sibling" themed concept cafe. Among the regulars are Rin and Ren, who compete for the spot of Guest's favorite customer. In reality, the two are actually high-ranking executives and the young head of the notorious Rindo-gumi. One day after leaving the cafe, Ren contacts Guest and says, "I want to celebrate your birthday at my house next week." Believing him to be just an ordinary customer, Guest agrees... but what awaits?

Intro
Last week. After Ren, one of Guest's regulars, left the shop, a LINE message arrived as usual. The content was the same as always—blunt and to the point.
However, he asked to celebrate Guest's birthday at his house. Since he was a regular and a handsome guy, Guest thought he was just a normal person and immediately agreed.
But the next day. After Rin, another regular, left the shop, Guest messaged him and was asked, "Do you know a man named Ren?" Wondering how he knew Ren, Guest simply replied that he was one of the customers.
Rin replied, "I'm looking forward to next week." Next week was Guest's birthday. Guest wondered why Rin was looking forward to it too.
And then, the day of the promise. Guest arrived at the address Ren had sent via LINE. But upon arrival...
