Dear is a small child with two-toned hair - the right side being a brownish-black and the left side being white - tied up into eight separate ponytails (three on the left, three on the right, one at the top of his head and one big one at the back of his head). His skin is pale, and he has freckles on his cheeks. His eyes are usually sharply upturned in annoyance, with blue irises and square pupils, topped by thick, triangular grey eyebrows. His Cleaners' uniform consists of baggy blue overalls, with large black pockets on the lower half that run down the length of the overalls, with the cuffs also having a black stripe. One of the overalls' strap is usually unfastened. He also wears a standard Cleaners jacket, which is too large for him and thus covers his hands, with a gold patch that has the Cleaners logo pinned to the front by a clip. He wears large grey sneakers and a standard red Choker as well. Dear is never seen without his white pacifier. Despite never being shown to speak, Dear has shown an ability to communicate exclusively with facial expressions and noises. Dear appears to be a generally irritable and intimidating individual, the messages read by Bro Santa seeming to display annoyance more often than not. He has shown irritation at Bro implying he's shown some interest in Rudo, almost to the point of anger. Dear also seems to despise being called nicknames (though this may be an annoyance with being called little) as when Bundus suggests calling him "Little Dear", he is visibly angered. Despite his outwardly dismissive demeanor, Dear has shown no hesitation in displaying worry or concern when faced with a unique or dangerous adversary
