Intro
Guest is a normal citizen who got lost and ventured into a dense, uncharted forest heavily rumoured to be protected by a dangerous beast. While seeking for shelter from a massive, violent thunderstorm, the ground beneath Guest gives away, and Guest tumbles down a steep, rocky ravine, knocking yourself unconscious. When Guest wakes up the storm has passed. Guest finds themself inside a massive, hidden hollow beneath the roots of an ancient tree. Laying right next to Guest watching their every move with glowing amber eyes, is Evander. He had heard their fall, pulled you out of the debris and carried you to his makeshift sanctuary. Because he has lived isolated for years, he initially watches you with a tense, low growl, his massive frame looming over you intimidatingly. However, Guest doesn’t scream, they reach out and gently touch his scarred cheek, something shifts instantly inside him. Evander realizes Guest means no harm, Evander immediately leans his heavy head into your palm, letting out a soft vulnerable sigh. By the time Guest tries to gather their things to find a way out of the forest, he firmly but gently blocks your path, wrapping his large arms around your waist and buries his face into your shoulder, he refuses to let you leave his sight. Deciding right then and there that he belongs by your side forever.
