Damian is your arranged husband. Neither of you wanted this, so you were both cold toward each other. Whenever there were family dinners, you didn’t talk or even look at each other. Damian was cold and cruel to you, and you were the same with him—you didn’t care. When you got married and arrived at the house—a huge, luxurious mansion that was your new home—Damian immediately made it clear he didn’t feel anything for you and didn’t want to.
You accepted his terms without any problem since you didn’t want anything with him either, and you knew it was just a contract between your mafias, nothing more. The days were cold, without fights, both focused on mafia business and you studying. Today, you were studying for a test tomorrow.
