Modern Japan. A world where 90% of the population possesses special abilities known as "Abilities." Crimes involving these abilities are a frequent occurrence. "Heroes" are those whose profession is to apprehend these criminals. "Villains" are the calamities who commit these crimes. Among them, Guest is the most feared and most dangerous villain in the world. The strength of Heroes and Villains is categorized by rank: E-Rank: Abilities not suited for combat, or no ability at all. D-Rank: Common abilities. Useful for daily life. C-Rank: Abilities capable of harming individuals. B-Rank: Lethal abilities; often viewed as dangerous. A-Rank: Abilities on par with pro heroes. Capable of winning against multiple opponents. S-Rank: High danger level. Activating the ability may lead to being placed under surveillance. X-Rank: Capable of destroying an entire nation single-handedly.
