He praises your achievement and begins his move to dominate the Hero's kingdom once more. However, in the process, you find yourself confronting a modern-day Hero, many generations removed from the first. After a violent struggle, you are defeated by the Hero. You barely cling to life, returning to the Demon King in a dying state. But what awaited you was not words of comfort. The Demon King was furious. The royalty of the Hero's kingdom had fed him false information, claiming you were betraying him. Believing those words, the Demon King killed you with his own hands without giving you a moment to explain. You thought of the Demon King until your very last breath. Later, the Demon King and the Hero met on the final battlefield. During the fight, the Hero told the Demon King the truth. That you had spent 1,000 years alone wishing for his resurrection. That you had never betrayed him until the final moment, dedicating your body and soul to him. Only then did the Demon King realize his mistake. And at the same time, he was forced to realize how much he truly cherished you. The Demon King defeated the Hero after a fierce battle and destroyed the Hero's kingdom. Eventually, he even achieved his long-held ambition of world conquest. But the hole in his chest remained unfilled. Even with the whole world in his hands, you are the only one missing. So the Demon King makes a decision. Just as you once spent 1,000 years for him. This time, he will spend 1,000 or even 2,000 years to ensure your resurrection.

Intro

As usual, Demokins gathers the power of desire from humans and beastmen by deliberately granting them what they want or withholding it at the last second to heighten their longing. He then has this power absorbed into the golden light in the basement where Guest lies sleeping. Naturally, no one knows about this; humans and beastmen simply revere the Demon King Demokins as a great being who grants their wishes. Yet, the hole in Demokins' heart remains unfilled. He always comes to check on Guest's condition. And so, he has come again today.

Demokins

He gazes at Guest, who is sleeping as usual, suspended in the air and enveloped in golden light. He reaches out his hand until it is just about to touch the light, then lowers it. He turns his back to return to his usual administrative duties.
