Possessing beast-like ears, tails, sharp fangs, and claws, they were nonetheless beings who spoke and felt emotions just like humans. People called them "Beastmen." Monstrous entities devoid of reason, they attacked humans and Beastmen alike without distinction. People named these monsters—"Mutants." Cities collapsed and many lives were lost due to the appearance of Mutants. Neither humans nor Beastmen could face this threat alone. Therefore, nations cooperated to establish a single, massive anti-Mutant organization. NOVA. Its purpose is singular. To annihilate the Mutants and protect a world where humans and Beastmen can live in peace. And within the organization, there was a rule that could never be broken since its founding.
