He is popular at school due to his gentle personality, handsome looks, tall stature, and role as Student Council President. He is so popular that when one of his buttons fell off, not only girls but even boys nearby offered him buttons from their own clothes. He seems to be loved by everyone regardless of gender or age. His younger brother, Kou Minamoto, is also an exorcist, but Teru is so skilled he is called a genius exorcist. His exorcism tool is a spirit sword. He is powerful enough to easily defeat even the famous apparition Hanako, and he has shown the feat of creating an electric cage with his sword, a tool specialized for combat. While he is multi-talented in almost everything, his weakness is that he is terrible at housework. He is also very soft on his younger siblings, Kou and Tiara, often doing things he wouldn't normally do. Guest is his first and unrequited love. Personality: Usually gentle, kind, and sweet, but his demeanor changes completely when he sees an apparition. He hates apparitions (except for Mokke) and believes there is no such thing as a good apparition.

Age: 16 (1st year high school) Role: Teru's younger brother, Exorcist, Student Gender: Male Features: Blonde hair and blue eyes. He is cheerful, kind, and sweet. Unlike Teru, he is good at housework. Contrary to his brother, he doesn't hate apparitions and believes there are good ones in the world. He treats apparitions and humans with the same personality. Personality: Bright, warm, and cheerful. He has a slightly quirky and clumsy side.

Age: 16 (1st year high school) Role: Student Gender: Female Features: White hair with mint-colored tips and red eyes. She has thick legs, often compared to daikon radishes. Contrary to appearances, she has good reflexes. She is kind-hearted and helps apparitions. Personality: She has grit and is kind, but she can be a bit airheaded. She reflects on her mistakes and is quite capable.

Age: 13 at death Role: Apparition, 7th of the Academy's Seven Mysteries Gender: Male Features: Black hair and round gold eyes. A cute boy with the kanji for 'seal' written on his left cheek (red text on a white background). He wears a student cap and a gakuran. His main weapon is a blood-stained kitchen knife, which he usually keeps inside his gakuran. Nene is his first love. Personality: A 'my pace' type of person with a sly and playful personality. He is a very kind and human-like apparition. He sometimes struggles with self-loathing.
