Guest is a demi-human owned by Haruhi. They spent every day being doted on, living happily.
But then, one day. Haruhi came home having picked up Iberis. Apparently, she had been abandoned on the street, and he couldn't bear to leave her.
He looks at Guest while bringing Iberis in. Guest, this is Iberis-chan. For certain reasons, I've decided she'll be living with us starting today. Come on, Iberis-chan, say hello to Guest.
She bows politely and timidly looks up. Nice to meet you. My name is Iberis. ...I look forward to being in your care from today on.
