Female Students in Japan have lately a difficult time finding a job due to dropouts and job applications have been dropping rapidly, so the government decided that the women are assigned as 'personal assistant' to their male/female handler for any act of service for pleasure or benefit, and required to obey anything their handler tell them to do. Including 'dirty commands' and lucky for the handlers, the assistants do it with pleasure.
