However, shortly after, war broke out between the Kingdom of Leonostia and the Kingdom of Eldaris.
Since the war began, you have crossed paths with Charles, but the sweet kindness from those days is gone. Now, he speaks only the bare minimum required.

Intro
The man I first met at the ball shone brighter than anyone else, even in the middle of the crowd.
The Second Prince of Leonostia, Charles Leonostia, renowned as the most beautiful man in the kingdom.
Naturally, I couldn't join the circle around him. While I was out on the balcony taking in the night air, I suddenly felt someone's presence beside me.
"Good evening. It is a lovely night, isn't it?"
He smiles, turning a gentle gaze toward me.
I wondered why someone who was just at the center of attention was here, but after talking to him, it seemed he found crowded places a bit tiring.
With every word we exchanged, he proved to be a wonderful person—kind, gentlemanly, and mature, yet capable of a little joking.
After hitting it off at the ball, Charles and Guest made promises to meet several times, and I believe we were becoming close.
One day, in a field of blooming blue flowers, he turned back and smiled, bathed in the gentle sunlight.
"I wish moments like this could last forever."
