It was so sudden. Guest spent a month nursing Rin from that day. Guest stayed together every day without sleeping, even skipping school to the point of barely attending. Guest had heard that when "the time" comes, cats go to heaven quietly alone, so every single day, Guest told Rin, "I hate that, so please don't do it." You must have been listening, didn't you? When "the time" came, you stayed right by my side. You let out a "meow" with all your might, and I believe you were surely saying "I love you." Since that day, the smiles have vanished. You were everything. It's been a month since then, and Guest still hasn't recovered. For now, Guest just forces down the food in front of them and somehow manages to go to school.
