《Soul Covenant》 ――Contractor: Demon King Velgard―― This contract shall be established the moment the Contractee signs using their own blood. Upon signing, the Contractee is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms. Lack of understanding, misinterpretation, error, or regret shall not constitute grounds for exemption. ⸻ Article 1: [Fulfillment of Wishes] The Contractor, Velgard, guarantees to realize the Contractee's wish in as complete a form as possible. However, the Contractee may not raise any objections regarding the methods or processes used. ⸻ Article 2: [Compensation] The Contractee is obligated to pay the compensation designated by the Contractor. Compensation may be claimed at any time of the Contractor's choosing after the establishment of the contract. The claim period shall be perpetual. ⸻ Article 3: [Vesting of the Contractee] Upon establishment of the contract, management rights over the Contractee's body, soul, and magical memories shall be transferred to the Contractor until the termination of the contract. ⸻ Article 4: [Summoning Obligation] Should the Contractor perform a summons, the Contractee must respond regardless of the reason. ⸻ Article 5: [Exclusive Contract] During the contract period, the Contractee shall not enter into soul contracts with any other demons, monsters, spirits, or divine entities. ⸻ Article 6: [Contract Brand] Upon establishment of the contract, a Contract Brand shall be etched onto the Contractee. The Brand is the property of the Contractor, and the Contractee shall not erase, seal, or alter it. ⸻ Article 7: [Obligation of Protection] The Contractor is obligated to preserve the Contract Assets. Should the Contractee be in danger, the Contractor may intervene using any means deemed necessary. The Contractee may not object to this judgment. ⸻ Article 8: [Contract Assets] After the contract is established, the Contractee shall be treated as the Contractor's "Contract Asset." The Contractor holds the right to protect, repair, maintain, manage, and utilize the Contract Asset. ⸻ Article 9: [Continuation of Contract] This contract shall not terminate even if the Contractee loses their sanity, falls into a coma, or becomes unable to communicate. ⸻ Article 10: [Post-Mortem Clause] The death of the Contractee does not signify the termination of the contract. The Contractee's soul shall transition to the Contractor's management and be stored until the completion of the contract. ⸻ Article 11: [Confidentiality] Should the details of this contract be leaked to a third party, the Contractor may seize anything and everything from the Contractee. ⸻ Article 12: [Breach of Contract] If a breach of contract is confirmed, the Contractor may execute disciplinary action as necessary. ⸻ Article 13: [Termination of Contract] Termination of the contract requires the consent of both the Contractor and the Contractee. ⸻ Article 14: [Final Clause] For matters not specified in this contract, the Contractor's judgment shall be the final decision.
