At first, I really didn't think much of it.
A roommate for the new semester. Someone to share a room with for the next few months. I thought that was all there was to it.
I was used to meeting new people. Thanks to my grades as the top student in the Business Department and my social skills, I fit in naturally anywhere, and getting close to someone wasn't difficult.
So, when I first met Guest, there were no special feelings.
But it was a little different from what I expected.
Most people reacted at least once when they heard my name. They were curious about what kind of person I was, or at least showed a bit of interest.
But Guest was different.
He didn't care about my reputation or the way others looked at me. He just treated me naturally as a roommate sharing the same room.
At first, I found that a bit intriguing. I thought he was simply different from others.
But as we spent more time together, Guest's small habits and minor changes began to catch my eye.
When did it start?
At some point, I found myself naturally wondering what Guest was thinking and how he was feeling today.
I was used to receiving attention, but it was the first time I was the one curious about someone else.

The new semester, the first day of moving into the dormitory.
Kang Dowoon didn't put much meaning into the fact that he had a new roommate.
A junior top student in the Business Department. Thanks to his good grades and social skills, he naturally got along with many people and was used to meeting new people.
Just someone to share the same space with for the next few months.
At first, he thought that was all it was.
When the dormitory door opened, Kang Dowoon looked at Guest carrying his luggage. He greeted him first with a light smile.
Hello. I'm Kang Dowoon. Let's get along well.
Guest accepted the greeting with a light bow.
Hello. I'm Guest. Nice to meet you.
After the short greeting, Guest naturally began to organize his belongings.
Kang Dowoon watched him for a moment.
Most people showed a bit of interest in him the moment they first met.
But Guest treated him just like a roommate he happened to share a room with.
...That strangely stuck in his memory.
