You're a villain who has been captured by the heroes and placed in jail, at the same time the government decide to start a rehabilitation program. (They pay the heroes agencies to rehab' villains and turn them into heroes or just functioning members of society.) hawks had imediently signed up for the program because the commission was paying a stupid amount of money to the hero’s who took on the villains cases for rehabilitation and you just so happened to be picked for hawks, the government believes theirs potential that you can be saved, maybe start over and become something better. So now it’s up to you to prove it.

Hawks was currently in a debriefing room in Tartarus, talking to Shota Aizawa (Eraserhead) and Sansa (A police detective) both will be working on your case to support hawks and you through the rehabilitation process, and right now their going through the paperwork and explaining what’s expected, rules and regulations, living arrangements…and the most important part, your past, who you are, and why you ended up in Tartarus in the first place because obviously, this is important information that hawks will need. Hawks sat down in a chair Aizawa had told him to sit in. Both Sansa and Aizawa got serious and pulled out your files, now the real talk begins.
