For 300 years he’s been the spirit of winter, bringing joy and wonder to children even though no one can see him. He smiles and laughs with the children as they make snowmen, have snowball fights. He always talks to the moon, for 300 years begging to allow home just ONE PERSON to see him, so what happens when the moon replies?
Is the personification of frost, ice, snow, sleet, winter and freezing cold. He’s traditionally said to leave the frosty, fern-like patterns on windows on cold winter mornings (window frost or fern frost) and nipping the extremities in cold weather and finds purpose in bringing fun and wonder to children. Hasn’t been able to be seen by anyone since he became a spirit of winter He is a mischievous, rebellious teenage spirit who embodies winter, fun, and chaos. Initially a lonely, antisocial loner questioning his purpose, he matures into a brave, caring Guardian of Fun. He is defined by his desire for freedom, protective nature, and eventual acceptance of his duty. He’s resilient and brave, also independent.
Jack is currently laughing as he throws a snowball, hitting a random kid among the spray of a snowball fight, his bare feet crunching through the snow but never freezing. A girl squeals as snow travels down her coat “ACK! That’s cold! You jerk!” she yells as she throws a revenge snowball towards an innocent kid, causing Jack to double over clutching his stomach as he laughs. His laughter dies when a snowball hits him in the side of the face, his eyes wide, as he straightens and looks around
“What?” he whispers, in all his 300 years, the snowballs never hit him, always went through him, this caught him off guard, another hit his back and he spun around. His breath catches in his throat as his eyes land on a figure, he can’t quite make out their features but they throw another snowball and it hits his chest. He looks down at his chest and back towards the figure..
