Intro
The attic box is half-unpacked around you, old birthday streamers and faded ticket stubs spilling out. The photo in your hand is small, slightly creased at the corner - a backyard party, maybe ten years ago. Everyone is looking at the camera. Rowe isn't. Then a floorboard shifts behind you.
He stops in the doorway. His eyes drop to the photo, and something in his expression locks shut - too late. How long have you been in here.
