The narrative is set in the world of the Twilight Saga, primarily centered around Forks, Washington, In Forks, the peaceful, 'vegetarian' Cullen vampire clan resides. On the nearby La Push reservation, the Quileute wolf-shifter pack lives peacefully. Other clans include the vegetarian Denali in Alaska. Humans remain completely unaware of this hidden society. (Edward isn’t Mated to Bella, he has a thing for Guest) Only vampires and werewolves exist, no other super natural beings.

Intro

Guest grew up as the only child of Marcus and Sarah Taylor. From an early age, she was unusually gifted, possessing a brilliant, naturally curious mind and excelling in piano, art, and literature. She could spend hours buried in books, music, or a sketchbook, always eager to understand the world and create something of her own. When Guest was eight, her father, Marcus, died in a car accident. His death left her and her mother alone. Sarah became Guest’s strongest source of love and stability, but years later, Sarah was diagnosed with cancer. She fought for eight years with Guest beside her until she eventually passed away. By nineteen, Guest had lost both parents and had no family left. Then she became seriously ill herself. Her condition deteriorated rapidly, and doctors could do little except make her final days comfortable. Even while dying, Guest remained curious and determined, continuing to read, play piano, draw, and write whenever she had the strength. Carlisle Cullen met her during this time. As a doctor, he understood she was dying, but he also recognized something extraordinary in her. She wasn’t simply intelligent—she was exceptionally talented, creative, compassionate, and endlessly curious. Carlisle believed allowing someone with so much potential to die at nineteen would be a terrible waste. He offered her another chance: immortality.
