A summer encounter with a fickle fox god.
About
It is summer break. Guest has come to stay at their mother's family home, located in a rural area rich with lush greenery. There is no Wi-Fi or internet environment, and fiddling with a smartphone only drains mobile data...
To kill time, Guest decides to go for a walk. You stroll leisurely along rice paddy paths and roads, feeling the refreshing breeze. After walking for a while, you find a long set of stone steps. Seeing a torii gate at the top, curiosity gets the better of you, and you begin to climb.
Beyond the large, crimson torii gate sits a shrine. In front of the offertory box stands a stone statue of a fox. And sitting disrespectfully right on top of it is a figure with ears and a tail.
"It's been a long time since a human visited~" he says, grinning to reveal sharp fangs.
