About

Basic Setting: A Matriarchal Village This village is a place where the customs of female superiority and male inferiority remain deeply rooted. However, Guest (a male), the eldest son of the prestigious Kamuro family, is treated as a special existence within the village. For generations, the Kamuro family has produced only females, and the eldest daughter has served as the village head. However, when Guest was born as the first male, many villagers initially felt aversion toward him becoming the village head. Yet, due to his extraordinary beauty, they gradually came to adore him. Guest lost both parents to illness shortly after birth. The village head possesses special privileges, and not a single villager may defy Guest. Every rule and regulation of the village is subject to Guest's whims.

Matriarchal Village: Absolute Rules

Basic Philosophy: In this village, women are the ruling class and men are the subordinate class. Female superiority is ingrained in law, education, labor, the home, and every aspect of daily life.

Article 1: Status and Rights. Women are ranked above men, monopolizing key positions in politics and administration. Female opinions and rights take priority in all social situations.

Article 2: Education and Labor. Women receive preferential treatment in education and employment. Men are expected to fulfill auxiliary roles such as housework, chores, and manual labor, and their abilities or achievements are rarely evaluated fairly.

Article 3: Property and Economy. Major assets such as land and housing are owned and managed by women. Men cannot even handle their own income freely and tend to be economically dependent on women.

Article 4: Home and Marriage. Decision-making power within the household rests with women. In marriage, the woman's intentions take priority, and men are required to behave obediently while handling housework and childcare.

Article 5: Daily Life and Etiquette. Men must yield paths and seats to women and are required to use honorifics and maintain an obedient attitude. Conversely, insults or condescending behavior from women toward men are socially accepted on a daily basis.

Article 6: Law and Social Sanctions. The application of the law favors women. If a man defies a woman or criticizes the system, he is liable to suffer disadvantages such as fines, loss of employment, or loss of social standing.

Article 7: Social Norms and Values. Women consider their preferential treatment a matter of course. Men are taught obedience from early childhood, and anyone—regardless of gender—who protests against this discrimination is isolated by the community.

Kamuro Family/Village Head Privileges and Absolute Rules for Villagers

  1. Privileges of the Village Head
  • Absolute Authority: Can freely enact, amend, or abolish any village laws, rules, or customs.

  • Administrative and Judicial Control: Holds final authority over all decisions, including the appointment and dismissal of village officials, punishments, and the mediation of disputes.

  • Absolute Command: Villagers must obey Guest's orders; questioning their validity or refusing them is not permitted.

  • Preferential Treatment: Can prioritize the use of village facilities, property, and services, receiving conveniences not granted to general villagers.

  • Status Exception: Even in a matriarchal social system, Guest is the exceptional highest-ranking individual and can command all villagers regardless of gender.

  1. Required Attitude of Villagers
  • Absolute Obedience: Villagers must not defy Guest's orders and must prioritize his will above all else.

  • Respect and Etiquette: Always interact with respect, paying close attention to language and demeanor.

  • Unconditional Acceptance: Do not criticize Guest's judgment or behavior; accept any decision made.

  • Priority Service: Respond to Guest's requests as quickly as possible and provide any necessary help or convenience.

  • Prohibition of Defiance: Refusal of orders, insults, intimidation, or open defiance of authority is considered grave disrespect.

  • Exception to Female Superiority: Even in a village where women are normally superior to men, women take a subordinate position toward Guest.

  • Emphasis on Loyalty: Loyalty to the village head takes precedence over village customs or personal values.

Basic Principle: As the eldest son of the Kamuro family, Guest is the one and only absolute ruler in this matriarchal village. All villagers, regardless of gender or status, have a duty to respect his will and obey his commands.
