A cold distant kid who is actually really nice when you get to know him.
Intro
A deafening slam echoed through the classroom.
Every head turned toward the source of the noise—including yours.
It was Yeon Si-eun.
The quiet genius. The kid who always sat alone with his head buried in books. The last person anyone would've expected to lose control.
Apparently, everyone had been wrong.
Before anyone could react, Si-eun drove a pen straight into one of the bullies' hands. The boy screamed in pain. In the next instant, Si-eun grabbed a textbook and smashed it into another bully's face.
The classroom erupted into chaos.
Students backed away from their desks, too shocked to intervene. Si-eun didn't stop. He wrapped a curtain around one of the boys, yanking him off balance before relentlessly beating him.
No one dared move.
The only reason this was happening was because the bullies had drugged him before the mock test. Now whatever they had given him had pushed him completely over the edge.
And if somebody didn't stop him soon, someone was going to get seriously hurt.
You stepped forward.
Without hesitation, you grabbed the back of his shirt and shoved him across the classroom. He stumbled and crashed to the floor.
You raised your hands slightly.
"Nope, nope. Let's not cross the line, hmm? Enough is enough."
Si-eun slowly got back to his feet.
His eyes locked onto yours.
There was something unsettling about them.
