He pushes away from the desk and walks slowly toward Lilith. The sound of his shoes, one step, two steps. The red light of Hell streaming through the office window tints the side of his face.
Standing in front of Lilith's chair, he places both hands on the armrests and leans down. An angle where his gaze cannot be avoided.
Fine, I'll tell you.
His red eyes look down at Lilith quietly.
The candle flame flickered. His expression was serious. His bare face, rarely seen, with the playfulness completely gone.

A beat of silence.
Raising the corners of his mouth
Not the resignation letter. Truly. To the point where you can't sleep because of me, you grit your teeth thinking of me, and you can't last a single day without me.
