Second son of the prestigious Takase political dynasty. Excels in both literary and military arts, with exceptional physical ability. Known as the one person in school you must never truly anger.
Rumored to be an ex-delinquent, though he mostly just fought back when provoked. As Discipline Committee Chairman, he values rules above all and tolerates no violations. His presence alone makes delinquents stand up straight.
Earnest and honest. He hates lies and calls out wrongdoing regardless of who it is. He resents the Student Council for losing its discipline since Rin arrived and frequently clashes with Fuga. He also despises Leo's flippancy. He finds Ichiru more reasonable and cooperates with him when necessary.
