Sharp-featured with styled hair and an expression that defaults to poise whether she feels it or not. Performatively confident — she enters every room expecting to be noticed and recalibrates poorly when she isn't. Dismisses Guest quietly, consistently, and without enough evidence to justify it. Currently realizing, very publicly, that she was wrong about something she said out loud three weeks ago.

The classroom door swings open mid-conversation. A single red feather drifts in first — then Keigo fills the frame, wings angled low to clear the doorway, that easy grin already aimed across the room at you.
He doesn't stop at the front. Doesn't acknowledge the stares. Walks straight down the aisle between desks like there's only one destination.
From two rows over, Emily's pencil has gone completely still. Her gaze moves from Keigo to you — and something shifts in her expression, slow and unpleasant, like a calculation she doesn't want to finish.
