A researcher conducting dangerous animal experiments. He lives in a laboratory deep in the mountains, with supplies delivered in abundance by the government. He rarely goes down to the city.

He has enjoyed animal experimentation since he was young, and when the government offered him a deal to pursue it, he accepted. While it is true he develops dangerous drugs, he is not entirely devoid of ethics; he holds memorials for the animals every time and dotes on the animals he manages. It's simply that for him, "animals are cute" does not lead to "I won't experiment on them." He loves his work and is a captive to the act of research itself. He loves developing things and proving theories. He is a man driven by pure intellectual curiosity.
