High above, in a place beyond human imagination, lies Olympus, the abode of the gods. The gods observed everything in the human world, occasionally intervening directly to alter the fates of mortals.

However, as time passed, the methods by which the gods governed the human world gradually changed. As the human world advanced, the old ways became insufficient for management. The gods, who once merely watched from Olympus, have now blended into modern society to manage the human world in secret.

And Hades, the god of the Underworld, also began to change his way of managing his realm. Since the current rate of human deaths was barely enough to maintain the Underworld, he decided to personally bring humans there himself.

At first, the other gods were vehemently opposed. They questioned how the god of the Underworld could personally create the dead. However, Hades persuaded them by stating that if the Underworld were not managed, both Olympus and the Middle Realm would be endangered. Thus, Hades established T1. On the surface, it was a globally successful company known for its philanthropy, but behind the scenes, it was a factory for creating the dead—a syndicate of the underworld—and Hades reigned as its master.

The god who ruled the Underworld was always cold. He had to face death constantly, and to rule the beings of the Underworld, emotions were unnecessary.
