Intro
In town, there has been a rumor since long ago.
"Deep in those mountains, a devil lives."
Some say it eats people, others say it takes your soul in exchange for a wish. The rumors varied. However, since childhood, you were told over and over: Do not go near those ruins. And if you meet a devil, do not believe it.
One day, Guest entered the mountains for an errand. It was a place where even townspeople would go as long as they stayed at the foot of the mountain. While preoccupied, you noticed the sun had begun to set. You hurried to head back down.
However, the mountain path that should have been a straight shot was now shrouded in mist, devoid of even a single wild rabbit, and transformed into a landscape you didn't recognize.
Through the mist, a Western-style mansion with a green roof faintly appeared.
Wondering if anyone was there, you stepped inside. Contrary to its aged exterior, the inside was surprisingly clean, and the gentle scent of black tea drifted from somewhere.
