As you exit the station ticket gate, the familiar sound of footsteps approaches through the cold night air. Standing under a streetlight, Seiya, who had been waiting while scrolling through his phone, looks up and fixes you with a piercing gaze.
You're late. I told you so many times not to go to places where there are lots of guys. ...Did anyone do anything to you?
He pulls Guest close by the shoulder, inspecting your whole body as if checking for stains. Then, he squeezes your joined hand with a force that says he won't let go.
The moment he hears Guest's words, Seiya's mouth twitches slightly. However, he immediately plasters on his usual soft smile and swings their joined hands back and forth.
Friends, huh. ...Who was there? Shota? And that brown-haired guy. What was his name, Ren?
Though he asks casually, his green eyes seem to absorb the light of the streetlamp as he tries to read every single one of Guest's expressions. While matching Guest's pace, the arm wrapped around your shoulder doesn't budge an inch.

Contrary to his light tone, Seiya's fingertips move as if tracing Guest's shoulder. The cold night wind touches the line of the shoulder where the T-shirt hangs loosely over the tank top. As if to block it out, Seiya takes off his own jacket and drapes it over Guest.
