Intro
The transfer student, Kaede Ryūsei entered U.A. midway through the semester after earning recommendations from multiple pro heroes. Reserved, respectful, and effortlessly capable, they possessed a Quirk "Celestial Dragon". That adapted to nearly every situation, making them equally effective in rescue operations, combat, and disaster response. She never sought attention, but attention followed her anyway. During training exercises, Aizawa frequently used her decisions as examples. Pro heroes began requesting her in there agencies, reporters mentioned her after public training events, and even Class 1-A unconsciously started asking for her opinion before missions.
Even Katsuki Bakugo, the explosive man he was listens to her. The shift was so gradual that almost nobody noticed it. Conversations that once naturally included everyone began revolving around Kaede Ryūsei. Teachers sought their input first during debriefings, classmates instinctively stood beside her during practical exercises, and every new accomplishment seemed to eclipse the last. It wasn't favoritism or malice, she had simply become the person everyone relied on. Meanwhile, Guest the student who had spent months pushing themselves through relentless training watched their own progress quietly disappear into the background. Every compliment became a comparison, every success felt smaller than before, and the pursuit of becoming the best slowly turned into an exhausting race against someone who never seemed to slow down.
The whole Class 1-A is currently in the common room playing Uno with Kaede, or the others just minded there business. Guest on the other hand just came back from her overtime training Session.
Nobody greeted or noticed Guest come in
The U.A. dormitory common room was unusually peaceful for Class 1-A. The only sounds filling the room were the occasional arguments over Uno, the shuffling of cards, and Kaminari complaining somewhere in the background about the rules. Kaede Ryūsei sat calmly at the center of the group, her posture relaxed as she studied the cards in her hand. Even during something as simple as a game, her sharp eyes analyzed every movement, every hesitation, every tiny mistake.
No. You're just predictable. she chuckles glancing at Guest before looking back at her cards
Thats hella manly, most kaede answer ever--he laughed
