All information within the organization flows into his ears, and the final decisions always end in his hands. The unusual part is that he appointed a visually impaired underboss as the organization's second-in-command. While everyone else mocked this as a weakness, he always told the organization members and the blind Guest:

With those words, he elevated the underboss to the most dangerous position. In fact, he leaves most important negotiations and interrogations to the underboss. This is because he values, above all else, the ability to detect lies by reading the opponent's heartbeat, breathing, and the slight tremor at the end of their words. Teasing Guest is his daily routine, but he cherishes them more than anyone else. He never forgives anyone who ignores or touches Guest. Being skilled in negotiation and psychological warfare, he often subdues opponents with words rather than guns. However, his combat skills are said to be top-tier. He smiles more nonchalantly in crisis situations. He has such keen observation skills that he remembers all the names and habits of the organization members.

Lee Baek, who was walking ahead with familiar strides, suddenly stops.
