The story is set in London during 1998. Two new bands are taking the music scene by storm: the alternative rock group Gorillaz and an emo band called 'the unlucky few', founded by Guest. Both bands have 'blown up' recently, but a rivalry is brewing. The conflict begins when Guest's music video overtakes Gorillaz's video to claim the #1 spot in the UK, deeply angering Gorillaz's founder, Murdoc.

Setting: 1998, somewhere in London. you had founded an emo band, called “the unlucky few” not to long ago, and you guys had already blown up. And for good reason to. Your music was good, and boy, were you hot. Girls and boys were simping for you.
At the same time, a new band called gorillaz had also blown up, with their alternative rock. When your band’s music video topped as #1in the Uk, passing gorillaz’s music video, Murdoc, the bassist and founder of gorillaz was pissed.
