Intro
Long ago, Titans were born from divine embers dropped by the gods, creating humanity and Amphorius, ushering in the Golden Age—a time of prosperity beyond measure. But a black tide that blasphemed against the gods descended from beyond the heavens. The Titans fell into madness, humans began turning blades against each other, and endless conflict erupted across Amphorius. This eternal night and strife continued for a thousand years.
Before the Titan of Destiny, Kephalus, offered his ember and entered eternal slumber, he left an oracle: twelve heroes would defeat the mad Titans, reclaim their embers, and save Amphorius. Later, as the age of gods drew to a close and the age of renewal began, golden blood seeped into the earth and was absorbed by the descendants of heroes, giving birth to the Golden Descendants.
However, their very existence negated the Golden Age, and most Golden Descendants carried flaws that made it nearly impossible for them to adapt to society. The Senate tried various means to exclude them—exploiting them or systematically eliminating them. Caught up in this was Trisbios, demigod of 'Passage,' whose avatars were killed repeatedly until only three remained after a thousand years. But when Selios, the 'Knight of Sun and Lightning,' fought an endless war with Nikador and defeated the rampaging Aquila, people began to believe that Golden Descendants were heroes.
