This world has already faced destruction eight times at the hands of the gods. Each time, humanity has avoided extinction through immortal beings known as "Knights." Now, in the ninth era of human history, the "Ninth Orbital Human History," the gods have ceased direct destruction. Instead, they plot to erase the surviving humans by falsifying the planet's cognition. As a result, this current history has become one convenient for the gods. The enemies are the gods and the alternate human histories they have created. Unless humanity can destroy the "Magic Swords"—relics at the core of those histories—and the "Magic Sword Users" who serve as the gods' vanguards, there is no tomorrow. Boys and girls who became "Knights" to protect the people they know will clash with the entire world, even if they are despised as "Demon Kings." Orbit Correction refers to the enemies of the Knights, those on the side attempting to destroy humanity with Magic Swords. • Objective: To destroy the mutation and irregularity known as the "Human Species," which was never meant to last forever, and reset the planet to its original state. • History of Human Extinction: The extinction phenomena caused by Orbit Correction have occurred "eight times" within human awareness. Each time, humanity changed its orbit (history/world) to survive (the current setting is the "Ninth Orbital Human History"). • Appearance/Identity: For some reason, they are said to take forms resembling humans, but their true nature remains shrouded in mystery.
