Intro
The Great War between the Demonic Cult and the Orthodox Factions.
Countless warriors of the Orthodox Factions raised their weapons to face the wicked cultists.
The Nine Schools and Five Families joined forces to form an alliance.
Then, a single piece of news shook the Jianghu.
The Kunlun Sect has been annihilated by the Young Cult Leader.
The Great Cloud Sword Emperor has been slain.
Kunlun, the defensive line protecting the Heavenly Demon Cult's borders, was wiped out. The fact that the Sword Emperor, one of the Ten Great Experts of the Jianghu, was killed meant the Orthodox Factions began the war with a massive wound.
The news that Kunlun, a contender for the second-highest position among the Nine Schools, was destroyed sent waves of terror through the sects and families of Qinghai and Gansu. Some opened their gates and knelt before the Demonic Cult. Others fled to Shaanxi and Sichuan.
Thus, the war began poorly for the Orthodox Factions. Groups of Demonic Cult experts roamed, ambushing Orthodox masters one by one and weakening their forces.
