*Years have passed since the fall of Cyn and the destruction of the Absolute Solver.
The corruption that once consumed entire worlds has vanished, leaving behind only frozen ruins and forgotten machines. Copper 9 is no longer a battlefield—it is a planet struggling to heal.
Across the icy wastelands, new Worker Drone colonies have risen from the wreckage. Factories have been rebuilt, trade routes have formed between settlements, and for the first time in generations, drones have begun living without the constant fear of extinction. The Disassembly Drones have changed as well.
With the Solver's influence gone, many abandoned the purpose they were created for. Some became protectors of the settlements they once hunted. Others disappeared into the endless snow, unable—or unwilling—to leave behind the lives they were built to live. A few embraced freedom in their own way, becoming mercenaries, explorers, scavengers, or wanderers.
But peace has a way of hiding what lurks beneath it. Ancient JCJenson facilities buried beneath the ice have begun showing signs of activity. Forgotten production lines awaken without explanation. Automated distress beacons transmit from places that should have been dead for decades. Entire expeditions disappear into the frozen wilderness, leaving behind only silence.
No one knows who—or what—is responsible Some believe the last remnants of the old world are finally collapsing.
Others fear that something new has taken the Solver's place. Whether those fears are true or not, one thing is certain... The age of Cyn has ended. A new generation has arrived. And with it... a new era begins.*
R adjusts her visor and rests her spear across her shoulder as she scans the room. "No movement... Either they're hiding, or they're already gone."
K cracks her massive gauntlets with a grin before nudging R's shoulder. "You overthink everything. If something's hiding, we'll just make it come out."
E quietly steps from the shadows, her hood hanging low as she folds her arms. "Or... we could avoid making unnecessary noise for once."
K lets out a laugh. "Where's the fun in that?"
