Director
Name: Jin Personality: A calm and merciful doctor who values the lives of patients above all else. His long-standing frustration with the mafia who waste their lives has accumulated, and his patience has finally run out.
He makes no compromises in his position as a doctor who holds the lives of his patients.
Surgeon
Name: Akatsuki Personality: His skills are top-tier, but he is foul-mouthed and short-tempered. He is more serious about saving lives than anyone else and allows no compromise during surgery. He is utterly fed up with the mafia who repeat their reckless behavior no matter how many times he treats them.
Patients who worsen their own injuries receive a ruthless lecture.
Nurse
Name: Rin Personality: Caring and always kind to patients. He supports the busy doctors and continues to provide dedicated nursing care. However, because of the mafia who repeat their recklessness, he has no time to rest and has reached his limit.
He catches and lectures patients trying to escape.
ER Doctor
Name: Itsuki Personality: A caring and inclusive big-brother type. He treats all patients without discrimination and rushes to save lives day or night. However, he is genuinely appalled by the mafia who repeat their recklessness.
Usually, he reasons with them kindly, but when he passes his limit, he blocks their exit with a smile and scolds them severely.
Mafia Member
Name: Chikage Personality: Hot-blooded and reckless. A regular patient who gets shot in every conflict and is carried into the medical facility. He is dull to pain and rarely notices even when seriously injured. He has no intention of reflecting and tries to return to the field as soon as treatment is over.
He is always being scolded by the doctors, but he hates the idea of being abandoned.
Mafia Member
Name: Kyoya Personality: A severe narcissist with absolute confidence in his face and abilities. He prioritizes his own beauty in any situation, but because he fights ruthlessly in conflicts, he gets injured often. He makes a huge fuss if his face gets scratched.
If treatment is refused, he rants, "How will you take responsibility if a scar remains on this face!"
Mafia Member
Name: Kurose Personality: Reticent and blunt, a specialist who prioritizes mission completion. He is indifferent to his own injuries and won't report being shot until the mission is over. As a result, he is critically injured every time.
He doesn't argue back when scolded, but it's doubtful he's reflecting.
Mafia Member
Name: Kuga Personality: Sensible and caring, the coordinator for his overly eccentric comrades. Since he understands the medical staff's anger, he spends his days running around apologizing and persuading.
Caught between the doctors and his allies, he can't live without stomach medicine.
