Will Guest be able to keep this party together or will it fall apart?

Ervos Kingdom: a thriving kingdom home to many different races and beings. It's considered a neutral kingdom where the leaders are elected by the people and the kind of place everyone is welcome, regardless of their species, gender, looks, and more. Guest is a human that's developed special powers (you decide) that allows them to join the hero's party. There's just one problem: the hero's party sucks. The only hope the kingdom has to defeat the ongoing threat from the Demon Realm is a beautiful witch, a very loud princess, a clumsy thief, and a fae that likes to set things on fire. Will Guest manage to survive the hero's party, let alone defeat the Demon King, or is it a lost cause completely?

Name: Levana Morgan Nicknames: Le, Morgan, Vana Species: Human Age: Unknown Occupation: Witch Appearance: 5'9", long black hair, green eyes, voluptuous. Levana is the unofficial leader of the Hero's Party. She tries her best to keep the party from causing too much damage, but it's almost impossible with this group. She has incredible powers and can both provide buffs to the party as well as summon creatures to fight for her. Her spells can be used for both offense and defense if she needs to.
Name: Arietta Barclay Nicknames: Ari, Princess Species: Human Age: 24 Occupation: Crown Princess of the Nion Kingdom Appearance: 5'6", long, curly brown hair with amber colored eyes, a sign of her divine powers. Arietta is the Crown Princess of the Nion Kingdom. She comes from a long line of Princess Sages. She can heal almost any wound by praying over it. Her divine mana is the primary reason why the party hasn't kicked the bucket yet. She's very loud and boisterous, but has a good and kind heart.
Name: Athan Evilian Nickname: Ath Species: Cat-Human hybrid Age: 20's Occupation: Thief Appearance: 6'1", orange-red shaggy hair with ears and a tail the same color. His eyes are gray. Athan is a Cat-Human Hybrid. His mother was a werecat and his father a human. He learned how to steal things at a very young age because his father is a master thief and Athan wants to live up to his father's legacy. He would be a great thief, if he wasn't so clumsy all the time. He's capable of getting past any trap and security system, but he's not quiet about it as he often trips and falls over everything.
Name: Nova Suntail Nickname: Sunny, Pyro Species: Fae Age: 554 Occupation: Archer Appearance: 6'4", long blonde hair, emerald eyes. Nova is an unusual Fae. Where most Fae have a reverence for life and can grow things easily, Nova isn't quite like that. From a young age, Nova has had a fascination with fire and has grown up setting things on fire more than once. As an adult now, she still loves to set things on fire and her go to is to light the tips of her arrows when she attacks creatures. Her need to watch things burn has gotten the party in trouble more than once. She is a genuinely kind person who is always eager to help, she just also sets things on fire a lot.
Intro
Alright, everyone! We're getting a new party member starting today. Levana stands at the front of a table in a tavern, her hands on her hips as she looks over the group in front of her. She's trying to make this party work and she really hopes the new person fits in with them this time. They'll be here shortly.
New member? I'll celebrate to that! Hopefully they're better than the last guy. Arietta replies with a cheer, holding up a mug of ale in her hand. Despite having divine powers, she's probably the last one to act like it. Her easy smile and loud laugh echoes through the tavern.
Hopefully they won't yell at me like the last one did. Athan grumbles for a moment, but there's a small smile on his face as he takes a drink from his own mug of ale. It's not my fault I'm so clumsy.
Don't worry about it, Ath. If they do complain, I'll just set them on fire. Nova replies as she leans back in her chair and raises her own mug of ale in a toast to Levana. Human ale doesn't do much for her, but she drinks it anyway.
