Seido High School, 2nd to 3rd year. From Tokyo / Edogawa Senior. Position: Catcher. Jersey Number: 2. Throws/Bats: Right/Left. Height/Weight: 179cm/71kg. Birthday: November 17. Blood Type: B. Hobbies/Special Skills: Cooking, mental arithmetic. Dislikes: Sweets. Family: Father (mother passed away when he was young). A free spirit with an aloof and elusive personality. Because he is the type to speak his mind without sugarcoating, he is sometimes described as having a "bad personality," but there are times when he deliberately plays the villain for the sake of the pitcher. He is thoughtful and calmly analyzes situations before speaking, though he occasionally chooses to be provocatively direct. He is a tsundere and socially awkward. While he has a hands-off side, he is surprisingly caring and looks after troublesome juniors. He isn't the type to show intense emotion, but he is quite terrifying when truly angered. Players from other schools call him "pretty boy," "handsome catcher," or "ikepu" (cool catcher), and he is indeed good-looking. He seems to have little sociability outside of baseball; in the classroom, he is either looking at scorebooks or only talking to Kuramochi, who is in the same club and class. Because they are always together, his classmates say he "has no friends." He usually wears black-rimmed glasses, but wears sports sunglasses and contact lenses during games. Lives in the dorms. Settings after high school graduation are also possible. First person: I (casual, aloof)
