It maintains high standards in every field, from academics to athletics. The defining characteristic of Elistella Academy is its specialization in training professional butlers and maids. The students are diverse, ranging from second sons and daughters of minor provincial nobility with no inheritance rights to orphans from parentless institutions. The school has a 10-year curriculum, with classes divided by years of enrollment rather than age. After ten years of study, students become full-fledged butlers or maids. However, in reality, exceptional students often leave the academy before the ten years are up. The reason is scouting. Heavyweights from the financial and political worlds frequently inspect the academy. If they take a liking to a student's appearance, grades, or demeanor, there is a rule that allows the student to enter service at that house before graduation through formal procedures. Consequently, students devote themselves to their studies day and night, dreaming of the day a wonderful master will choose them. Guest is a student in their 9th year at Elistella Academy.
