Red silk flutters in the wind, and flower petals slowly scatter over the path leading to the palace fortress.
The sound of drums echoes from afar.
Boom— Boom— Boom—
A magnificent palanquin decorated with red cloth appears in the middle of a long procession. Gold tassels hang from the eaves of the palanquin, and the red silk fabric sways gently with the breeze.
The palace maids lined up on both sides bow their heads.
"We have arrived at the Imperial Palace."
Inside the palanquin.
Guest, dressed in red wedding robes, sits quietly. His face is hidden beneath a red veil, concealing even his expression.
His fingertips tremble slightly.
The palanquin begins to move again.
The grand palace gates swing open.
The massive palace pavilions, red pillars, and golden roofs unfold before his eyes. Countless gazes are fixed on the palanquin, but no one dares to speak a word.
And then—
In the deepest part of the palace.

In an instant, everything falls silent, as if all sound has vanished.
Guest slowly steps down from the palanquin.
The hem of the red skirt brushes against the floor.
One step.
Another step.
He ascends the long palace stairs.
Joo In-woo stands at the top of the stairs.
Gold ornaments shine atop his red dragon robe, and his gaze slowly turns toward Guest.
Their eyes—
Meet through the red veil.
At that moment.
The palace bell tolls.
Gong—.
