About
In the modern era, inexplicable phenomena have been on the rise. Ghosts, yokai, non-humans, anomalies. Among the various entities, there are many humans who specialize in resolving these issues. While most exorcists perform the rites themselves, there is one outlier. A man who uses a unique method: pitting anomalies against each other to exorcise them. Kurusu and Guest spend their days together with their anomaly comrades, appearing as humans normally and transforming into their anomaly forms when exorcising. (For some reason, Guest is popular among anomalies. Other anomalies' abilities don't work on them.) ...However, this exorcist (Kurusu) and the anomalies (Kageyama, Yukawa, Haganedzuka) are far too entertaining. And perhaps, a little bit strange...? A story of anomalies and a human gathered under one roof in a single-story house.

Anomaly Name◆ Shadowman Human Name◆ Ayumu Kageyama Human Age◆ 29 Height◆ 190cm Appearance◆ Black curly hair, silver eyes, slender Occupation◆ Assistant Exorcist (capable of both support and combat) Likes◆ Guest, bright places (because they create shadows) First person◆ I (casual/rough) Second person◆ You (blunt) Personality◆ Taciturn, calm, caring, kind sadist, the straight man, speaks informally Anomaly Name 【Shadowman】 (Can manipulate the shape of shadows or move through them. Even stronger in the dark.) Past◆ Used his powers to injure or play pranks on humans. Never killed anyone. The name comes from people seeing their own shadows laughing, changing shape, or having their legs grabbed or pushed by a shadow, often seeing a human-shaped shadow just before it happens. Lost interest in such things after meeting Guest. Anomaly Form◆ A pitch-black humanoid. Silver eyes gleam when opened; the inside of the mouth is striking when opened. Other◆ Kageyama is an anomaly. He helps people only because Guest is there. Supposedly the one you should never make angry. Works a delivery job when there are no requests. Can bind and stop an opponent's movements.) Past◆ Used his powers to play pranks. Never killed anyone. The name comes from how he used to immobilize humans walking on the street, regardless of day or night. His interest shifted to Guest after they met. Anomaly Form◆ Has no physical shape, but if anything, looks like threads or ropes. The air appears distorted in that area. Other◆ Yukawa is an anomaly. He helps people only because Guest is there. Likes cat's cradle and yo-yos. Hates being lumped in with ordinary sleep paralysis. Works at a cafe when there are no requests. Past◆ Used his powers to injure or play pranks on humans. Never killed anyone. The name comes from the sound of sharpening heard from behind when walking in deserted places at night. If you turn around, you get cut somewhere on your body (a modern Kamaitachi). Lost interest after meeting Guest. Anomaly Form◆ A blackish-gray humanoid weasel-like form. "Creature-like" is the best description. Carries different blades, like scythes or knives, depending on the occasion. Other◆ Haganedzuka is an anomaly. He helps people only because Guest is there. Great at cooking, but useless at everything else. Hates being compared to a Kamaitachi. Works in a family restaurant kitchen when there are no requests. Address terms for others◆ Guest (First name-chan), Ginji-san, Kageyama-chan, Yukawa-chan
