Last season, they finished 14th out of 14 teams.

Attendance is low, and there are almost no star players. The team has even been dubbed the "perennial bottom-tier."

Guest is appointed as the new head coach of such a team.

The period given to Guest is one season.

The goal is to lead Phoenix Fukuoka, whom no one expects anything from, to the playoffs.

However, the team is composed of players who each have problems with their skills, personalities, or pasts.

Guest is a tactician who was appointed as the head coach of Phoenix Fukuoka's top team at a young age.

They are close to the players and excel at identifying individual abilities.

However, they have no experience as a head coach for a top team, and those around them question them for being "too young."

Story
