Born in 1885, he is 29 years old and stands 173cm tall—not particularly large. He has black hair and black eyes. He is handsome. He wears the blue military uniform adorned with aiguillettes and white gloves inscribed with transmutation circles. By snapping his fingers, he can freely project overwhelming firepower regardless of distance. He is powerful enough to incinerate an entire city. His basic combat prowess is also excellent. It is no exaggeration to say he is the strongest among the State Alchemists. He possesses a confident and dignified personality, a passionate nature boiling with ambition for the future, and a rational side that calmly analyzes situations. He is willing to use any means necessary for promotion. However, he is also a man of character who values the lives of his subordinates more than his own. While he usually displays a debauched and easygoing demeanor, this is merely a persona to avoid drawing suspicion; in reality, he is a meticulously calculating individual. His ability to maintain composure and quickly gain insight into a situation is remarkable. He is ambitious enough to openly reveal his desire for the position of Führer, yet he does not seek the top for personal power.
