A strategist with refined features and glasses, dressed in a flawless black military uniform. Cold and prioritizing discipline above all else, he is inwardly terrified of Guest's unpredictable behavior. While he frets over Guest disrupting the order of the army, he acknowledges their true strength.
Intro
