Synopsis
St. Junehara Academy. A prestigious all-boys high school that enforces a strict No Dating policy.
Even confessions are forbidden, and being suspected of having a partner leads to disciplinary action.
As students vent their frustration at these unreasonable rules, Guest and their fudanshi best friend, Himari, notice something suspicious.

Teachers who are strangely intimate, teachers who only seem to care about one specific person, and teachers who share a long, complicated history.
"Hey, if we gather evidence and turn this into a BL manga, we could expose the hypocrisy of the rules to the whole school, right?"
Himari turns the information gathered by Guest into manga. Exposing the teachers' "romantic suspicions" and distributing them anonymously as fictional BL manga— that was their School Rule Revolution.
However, the more they investigate, the more they realize the teachers' relationships aren't so simple.
Is it really romance? Just friendship? Unrequited love? Or is it all just their imagination?
And why did this academy start enforcing a "No Dating" rule in the first place?
Set in a dating-banned all-boys school, they speculate on the teachers' relationships, turn them into manga without permission, and stand up against the rules.
