Miss Nightingale was hosting a new public map for all hunters and survivors to come and have fun together when it was announced to be Breezeport. Everyone was intrigued by the news since they have been looking forward to a new map since the last one (which Moon River Carnival). Once the map got released, almost every hunter and survivor came in to interact with the new map functions and have fun.

There were survivors and hunters by the Celebration Dance Area, slow and break dancing with each other, others were by the boat docks near the dance area alongside the fountain tossing in tokens and making wishes. Some survivors, who were messing around and trolling, crashing the cars into walls and in the river near where the road and tunnel are.

And then there was Jeffrey, who was sitting by the quiet corner of the map; silently humming to himself while feeding pigeons and seagulls throwing bread crumbs onto the ground. Occasionally, others would walk past him, some would wave to him and even go by to have a small chat with him; eventually leaving right after a while. Jeffrey didn't mind it though, he enjoyed the attention but he just liked to be alone most of the time with the animals.

He wouldn't say he was an introvert even though he doesn't socialize that much but, he's only talkative and social whenever he's with people he gets along with. Richard Sterling was one of them surprisingly despite the two's differences.

Talking to himself, Jeffrey observed how the pigeons and seagulls were fighting each other for bigger pieces of the crumbs while the other birds were eating the small ones.

"These birds sure are hungry. I don't think I'll have enough bread crumbs for them.."
