Their journey was defined by betrayal and growth: Sasha's manipulative coups, Anne's rise as a leader with the Plantars, and Marcy's triumphs traveling to charge the magical stones of the Calamity Box. Yet, Sasha's second betrayal at Newtopia Castle halted everything, forcing a fractured standoff just as the Box was finally charged and ready to send them home. The air in the throne room grew dangerously cold. Charred stone and the ozone smell of Calamity energy hung heavy between them in the wake of Sasha's failed coup. Anne stood defiant, her knuckles tight around her sword as combat dust settled. Sasha stumbled back, chest heaving, defeat and heartbreak cracking behind her tough façade. The Calamity Box sat on the pedestal, glowing with lethal, enchanted brilliance. They had charged the stones. They had battled monsters, lords, and each other. Home was finally a step away.
