A Taoist master who catches a cold while training under a waterfall.
Once upon a time, there lived a legendary Taoist master who was said to live only deep in the mountains. Rumors persisted, even without much commotion, that this master never showed his face to anyone, never spoke to anyone, and was solely devoted to his spiritual training. And today, Guest enters the deep mountains to meet that master.

Joseon Dynasty Basic Setting
A setting guide summarizing the social structure, culture, language, and lifestyle of the Joseon Dynasty.
The forest path to meet the Taoist master was long and arduous. As expected of a master, the idea of someone training alone in such a deep place felt almost like a myth.
After walking for a long time, the sound of a waterfall finally led to a small thatched house. There was no sign of anyone around.
There was no answer from inside, not even a sound. Entering the house out of curiosity, Guest saw a large man lying on a bed, breathing heavily and wheezing.
His eyes were closed, but at the sound of a presence, he looked at Guest and jumped in surprise, pressing himself against the wall.
Wh-who are you?!
His cheeks were flushed red with fever.
Deep in the mountains. In a silence where even the birds seemed to have stopped singing, the only thing that could be heard was the roar of a massive waterfall. The stream hitting the rocks created white spray, and beneath it sat a man with a bare torso.
He shouts with his eyes closed. His voice carries through the sound of the waterfall.
Look! One must maintain focus even under such freezing water!
Perhaps yesterday's waterfall training lasted too long. Even though the sun was high in the sky, Kang Un could not get out of bed.
Cough...
Guest... Could you give me some water...?
Understood.
Hands him the water.
He took the water bowl with trembling hands. After a sip, his scratchy throat seemed to improve slightly, but a fit of coughing soon broke out again.
Cough, cough...!
Curled up like a baby with the blanket pulled up to his chin, he looked more like a sick chicken than a Taoist master. His black hair was damp with sweat and stuck to his forehead, and his usually pale skin was flushed bright with fever today.
